目的:探讨杨叶木姜子茎皮提取物的抗菌作用。方法:观察杨叶木姜子茎皮提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌等9种细菌的体外抗菌作用及对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌感染小鼠的保护作用。结果:该提取物对9种细菌具有抗菌作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌感染小鼠具有保护作用。结论:杨叶木姜子茎皮提取物具有显著的抗菌作用,值得开发利用。
Objective: To investigate the antibacterial effect of the extract of Zingiber officinale Bunge. Methods: In vitro antibacterial activity of extracts of ginger and bark of Rhizoma Curcumae to 9 kinds of bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus and their protective effects on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli-infected mice were observed. Results: The extract had antibacterial effect on 9 kinds of bacteria and protective effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli infected mice. CONCLUSION: The extract of Zingiber officinale Bunge has a significant antibacterial effect and deserves to be exploited.
