酒店行业是劳动密集型行业,目前我国中职、高职、本科都设有酒店管理专业,这种局面造成当前酒店职业教育在大力发展的同时存在人才培养定位模糊、课程培养目标无法与专业目标衔接的问题,本文以《餐饮服务与管理》课程为例,通过阐述这门课程的设计思路、课程内容与情境序化、教学活动设计及教学方法的使用,来说明课程设计如何去符合高职酒店管理专业的人才培养目标,使学生的认知规律与职业成长规律融合。
The hotel industry is a labor-intensive industry. At present, there are hotel management professionals in secondary vocational schools, vocational schools and undergraduate schools in our country. This situation has led to the current development of vocational education in hotels. At the same time, there is a fuzzy orientation of personnel training. This article takes “Catering Services and Management” as an example to show how the curriculum design can meet the needs of higher vocational education by expounding the design ideas, the content and context of the curriculum, the design of teaching activities and the teaching methods Hotel management professionals training objectives, so that students’ cognitive rules and career growth of fusion.
