兰州石化公司炼油厂烷基化装置为双反应器、双压缩机配置,2014年以前运行方式为单反应器、单压缩机生产。随着市场对异辛烷需求的增加,对烷基化装置长周期、满负荷运行,增产异辛烷提出了更高的要求。烷基化最大处理能力(单反应器、单压缩机运行)与装置设计的11.5万吨产品/年的要求还有一定差距。要达到增产异辛烷的目的,保证装置满负荷、大处理量运行,双反应器、双压缩机同时运转势在必行。另外,烷基化装置双反应器运行,从一定程度上降低了单台反应器负荷,保证每台反应器都在设计负荷内运行,使每台反应器内酸烃乳化效果更好,烷基化反应更充分,副反应减少。
