本文是作者在对多所高等院校科技信息业现状的调查研究基础上，阐述了高等院校信息业目前存在问题的症结所在，关键是市场观念和信息意识不强。信息作为一个独立的最有活力的产业尚未被各级领导以及社会所接受。本文立足干实际，围绕高等院校科技信息工作的任务、亟待解决的问题，提出了开发高校科技信息业的对策。
This article is based on the investigation and study of the status quo of S & T information industry in a number of institutions of higher learning, the author elaborates the crux of the existing problems in IT industry in colleges and universities. The crux of the matter is the lack of market awareness and information awareness. Information as an independent most viable industry has not yet been accepted by all levels of leadership and society. Based on the actual situation, this dissertation puts forward the countermeasures to develop the science and technology information industry in colleges and universities, focusing on the tasks of the science and technology information work in colleges and universities and the problems to be solved urgently.
