应用多种单克隆抗体检测51例急性白血病患者细胞表面分化抗原,并分析其与预后的关系。除 M_3外,CD_在急性非淋巴细胞性白血病(ANLL)中表达率较高;而 CD主要见于急性单核细胞或粒单核细胞白血病;CD~+_(15)则在分化较好的白血病细胞表面多见,阳性细胞以 M_2~M_5为主。与其它报道相同,我们的结果证实 CD~+_(15)的患者完全缓解(CR)率远高于 CD~-_(15)者(P<0.001).CD~+_(15),CD~-或 CD~+_(11)、CD~-_(34)者获 CR 及生存期优于 CD~-_(15)、CD~+或 CD、CD~+_(34)的患者(P<0.05),CD~+_2的 ANLL 患者预后可能较好。CD~+_2、CD~+_(19)和 CD~+_(20)多见于急性淋巴细胞性白血病(ALL)L_1亚型,CD~+_7、CD~+_7在 ALL 各亚型中表达相似,T 细胞 ALL 获 CR 者多于 B 细胞 ALL(P<0.05),同时表达 CD_2、CD或 CD_(14)的 B 细胞 ALL 预后不良。
Application of a variety of monoclonal antibodies in 51 cases of acute leukemia cell surface antigen differentiation and analysis of its relationship with the prognosis. In addition to M_3, CD_ in acute non-lymphocytic leukemia (ANLL) expression was higher; and CD is mainly seen in acute monocytic or myelomonocytic leukemia; CD ~ + _ (15) in well-differentiated Leukemia cell surface more common, positive cells to M_2 ~ M_5 based. As with other reports, our results demonstrated that the complete remission (CR) rate was significantly higher in patients with CD ~ + _ (15) than in those with CD ~ -15 (P <0.001) Patients with CR and survival over CD ~ -15, CD ~ + or CD, CD ~ + _ (34) patients with ~ ~ or CD ~ + _ (11) and CD ~ P <0.05). The prognosis of ANLL patients with CD ~ + _2 may be better. CD_ + _2, CD_ (+), CD_ (+) and (20) were more common in ALL subtype L_1, CD_7 and CD_7 in ALL subtypes Similarly, ALL patients with T cell ALL had more CR than B cells ALL (P <0.05), while ALL patients with CD 2, CD or CD_ (14) B cells had poor prognosis.
