近年来,我院对33例已确诊的静脉漏性阳萎施行外科治疗,术中应用美蓝生理盐水阴茎海绵体灌注,使回漏静脉及属支染色,有利于彻底结扎,并提高了疗效,现报告如下。 临床资料 一、一般资料 本组33例,年龄23～45岁,平均年龄31.5岁,病程2～17年,大多数在1～3年。 二、病例选择 经咨询和全面体检,内分泌检测(血糖、FSH、LSH、T、PRL)无异常,罂粟碱诊断试验:罂粟碱30～60mg注入阴茎海绵体内,观察8～10min,阴茎海绵体动脉搏动好,血流图峰值速度高,但阴茎勃起不坚者,为罂粟碱试验阴性,阴茎臂指数(PBI)>0.8,Doppler听诊器可听到连绵的静脉回流音,阴茎海绵体造影显示阴茎海绵体以外的静脉有不同途径和类型的病理性回漏显影者均列入本组。
