试验确定了猴头多糖罐批发酵的种子培养基配方、种子质量标准、发酵控制条件及发酵终点。猴头罐批培养要求种子活力旺盛,菌球色白,悬浮性强,密度3.0×103个.mL-1~4.0×103个.mL-1,直径0.5 mm~1.5 mm。5批发酵表明,猴头多糖培养以26℃,pH5.0,搅拌150 r.min-1~200 r.min-1,罐压0.04 PMa~0.06 PMa,通风0.6 m3.h-1~0.8 m3.h-1培养144 h~168 h较适宜,菌丝多糖达115 mg.g-1~130 mg.g-1。比较发现,猴头罐批发酵较栽培子实体多糖高2倍。
The experiment determined the formula of the seed culture medium, the seed quality standard, the fermentation control condition and the fermentation end point of the monkey head polysaccharide fermentation. Hericium tank batch culture requires strong seed vitality, fungus ball color white, strong suspension, the density of 3.0 × 103.mL-1 ~ 4.0 × 103 个 mL-1, a diameter of 0.5 mm ~ 1.5 mm. Batch fermentation of five batches showed that the hericium polysaccharide was cultured at 26 ℃, pH5.0, stirred at 150 r.min-1 ~ 200 r.min-1, tank pressure 0.04 PMa ~ 0.06 PMa, aeration 0.6 m3.h-1 ~ 0.8 m3 h-1 was suitable for culturing for 144 h to 168 h, mycelial polysaccharide reached 115 mg.g-1 ~ 130 mg.g-1. Comparison found that the Hericium can batch fermenting fruiting body polysaccharides 2 times higher.
