从潢溪农村200名幼儿中选择了120名1~3岁幼儿,分为实验组与对照组,进行Fe2+强化糖果服用治疗缺Fe2+性贫血试验。贫血幼儿经服糖二个月后血象显示.Hb上升为11g%以上,对照组与实验组比均有明显差异,P<0.01。RBC上升更明显,两组比均有非常显著差异,P<0.01。停服2个月后,复查了实验组20名幼儿结果,RBC为402.15±50万/mm2.仍在正常值范围内。Fe2+强化糖果贮存期观察显示,Fe2+元素量不下降。维生素C含量下降明显,贮存二个月时维生素C下降30%<~90%,三个月时下降6%。提示.为了有利于Fe2+量的吸收和弥补维生素损失量,维生素加入量应是Fe2+量的3~5倍。
