脑出血是神经科常见疾病，死亡率和致残率均较高。内科保守治疗，对出血量较少的患者较为合适，对大量出血的患者疗效差。我们科室从2000年12月开始采用北京万特福科技有限责任公司生产的YL-1型一次性颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针治疗高血压性脑出血，取得了满意效果。现报道如下。 1 ?
