为做好毕业生质量反馈工作,加强毕业生离校后的跟踪服务与管理,了解用人单位对毕业生的能力要求及其综合评价。2007年11月至12月,株洲职业技术学院组织专人对05﹣07届的毕业生和部分用人单位进行了跟踪调查和走访。通过跟踪调查,找出学院在人才培养过程中存在的问题和偏差,以加快教育教学改革步伐,进一步提高人才培养质量。
In order to do a good job of graduates quality feedback, to strengthen graduates after leaving school tracking service and management, to understand the employer’s ability requirements for graduates and their comprehensive evaluation. November 2007 to December, Zhuzhou Vocational and Technical College organized specialists on 05-07 graduates and some of the employing units were followed up and visited. Through the follow-up investigation, we can find out the problems and deviations in the process of personnel training in colleges so as to speed up the pace of education and teaching reform and further improve the quality of personnel training.
