目的采用HPLC法测定六味地黄口服液中马钱苷的含量。方法以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;流动相为四氢呋喃-乙腈-甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液(1∶8∶4∶87);检测波长为236 nm。检测波长柱温40℃。理论板数按马钱苷蜂面积计算不低于4000。马钱苷蜂的保留时间为17~18 m in;进样量10μl。结果马钱苷量在5~26 mg.L-1范围内具有良好线性关系,Y=20878.05X-224.51,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为回收率在95%~100%之间。结论实验表明,该方法方便快捷,准确,灵敏度高,重现性好。
Objective To determine the content of loganin in Liuwei Dihuang Oral Liquid by HPLC. Methods The octadecylsilane bonded silica gel was used as the filler. The mobile phase was tetrahydrofuran-acetonitrile-methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid solution (1:8:4:87). The detection wavelength was 236 nm. Detection wavelength column temperature 40 °C. The number of theoretical plates is calculated to be no less than 4,000 in terms of the area of the venom bees. The retention time of the loganic bees was 17-18 min; the injection volume was 10 μl. Results There was a good linear relationship between the amounts of liconiside in the range of 5-26 mg.L-1, Y=20878.05X-224.51, r=0.9999. The average recovery was between 95% and 100%. Conclusion Experiments show that this method is convenient, accurate, sensitive, and reproducible.
