基于传媒的产业现实、技术现实、制度现实，以及国际的产业演变趋势，我们认为，碎片化、数字化是当前媒介环境的基本特征，创新与融合是当前传媒产业发展的两大主题。2007——2008年，我国传媒产业发展将呈现四大趋势。
