Preface Industrial “three wastes” is the source of pollution of the environment, from chemical plants, smelters, thermal power plants emit large amounts of low concentrations of sulfur dioxide gas. It directly endangers human health and the growth of plants. Therefore, eliminating the harm is an urgent problem to be solved. Elimination of sulfur dioxide pollution, domestic and foreign parties are concerned. To date, there are over 50 kinds of research and treatment programs for sulfur dioxide in the world.
