将不同规格的亲龟、野生龟与自育亲电以及常温、半控温和控温养殖培育的亲电在产卵量、孵化率、成活率、龟苗生长速度等方面进行对照比较得出:雌龟规格在500～1500g,孵化率、成活率较高,龟苗发病率较低;野生亲龟各方面优于自育亲龟;常温养殖培育的亲龟优于半控温、控温培育的亲龟;孵化箱沙床含水量7％～12％,孵化室空气相对湿度80％～84％,室内孵化温度32～36℃时,孵化率、出苗率最高。
