环境中的内源类固醇雌激素由于在极低浓度下对水生生物内分泌系统具有强烈的干扰作用,已引起生态毒理学家的广泛关注,其中畜禽养殖产生的雌激素污染与控制成为环境工程领域的研究热点。该文综述了畜禽养殖过程中内源类固醇雌激素的排放特性、环境行为以及污染控制与削减技术,并分别从宏观和微观方面对这类内分泌干扰物的防治措施和生物强化去除机制提出了几点思考和建议,以期为畜禽养殖导致的内源雌激素污染的生态风险控制提供借鉴。“,”The ecotoxicologist has paid extensive attention to the pollution caused by endogenous steroid estrogen due to the intensive disruption to the endocrine system of hydrobios at extremely low concentra-tion .The pollution and control of these substances discharged by livestock and poultry production are the hot issues of researches of environmental engineering .The paper reviewed the discharge characteristics , environmental behavior ,and pollution control technology of endogenous steroid estrogen excreted by inten-sively bred livestock and poultry .In addition ,the prevention and control measures and the biological en-hanced removal mechanism of these substances were put forward from the macroscopic and microscopic re-spectives .Hopefully ,the review will provide basis for the ecological risk control of endogenous estrogens pollution caused by livestock and poultry production .
