分析了三种不同定义的螺旋刃口曲线的异同和与优劣 ,给出了二轴联动数控加工时不同截形的螺旋沟槽球头铣刀的刃口、沟槽及砂轮截形、相对进给速度等设计模型 ,并通过实得沟槽及计算机模拟结果进行了验证 ,认为借助该模型可获得较理想的球头回转铣刀。
The similarities and differences and the advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of different definitions of helical cutting edge are analyzed. The cutting edge, groove and grinding wheel truncation of helical grooved ball end milling cutter with different truncated shapes in two-axis machining are given. Feed speed and other design models, and verified by real trenches and computer simulation results that the use of the model can be more ideal ball-end milling cutter.
