文章建立一种离子色谱分离电导检测混合糖电解质注射液中有机酸和阴离子的方法.分离用色谱柱SuperIC-Anion HS,流动相为1.1 mmol/L Na2CO3+3.5 mmol/L NaHCO3混合液;流速梯度0.0~5.9min 1.00mL/min,6.0~10.9min 1.50mL/min,11.0~25.0min 1.00mL/min.结果表明:4种阴离子和一种有机酸的线性关系良好(R2=0.999 1~0.999 8;RSD 0.76%~1.02%);实际样品回收率为90.0%~102.0%.方法简单易操作,可用于实际样品的检测.
In this paper, a method for the determination of organic acids and anions in mixed sugar electrolyte by ion chromatography was established.Separation column SuperIC-Anion HS was used as mobile phase with a mixture of 1.1 mmol / L Na2CO3 + 3.5 mmol / L NaHCO3. The flow rate gradient 0.09 ~ 5.9min 1.00mL / min, 6.0 ~ 10.9min 1.50mL / min, 11.0 ~ 25.0min 1.00mL / min.The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the four anions and one organic acid (R2 = 0.999 1 ~ 0.999 8 ; RSD 0.76% ~ 1.02%); the actual sample recovery was 90.0% ~ 102.0%. The method is simple and easy to operate and can be used for the detection of real samples.
