本文报告1984年10月在我国大陆徐闻县友好农场首例广州管圆线虫病区进行流行病学调查结果:家鼠、褐云玛瑙螺、足襞蛞蝓、黑眶蟾蜍的感染率分别为28.57%(4/14)、31.69%(158/467)、29.19%(54/185)、4.76%(2/42)。徐闻县地理概况,170人群调查(生活习惯、卫生习惯、病史回顾、血涂片检查末梢血液嗜酸性粒细胞增高)。对于人群感染不多的原因,作者等从感染途径(皮肤感染)、感染方式(食螺方式)进行了探讨。本调查资料为当地群众防治本病提供科学依据。
This paper reports the epidemiological investigation of the first case of angiostrongyliasis in the Friendly Farm of Xuwen County in mainland China in October 1984. The infection rates of domestic rats, Aralia elata, Anopheles fulgidus and Bufo gargarizans were 28.57% (4/14), 31.69% (158/467), 29.19% (54/185), 4.76% (2/42). Xuwen County Geographic Survey, 170 Crowd Survey (Lifestyle, Health Habits, Medical History Review, Blood smear examination of peripheral blood eosinophilia). The reason for the small population infection, the author from the route of infection (skin infections), infection (snail mode) were discussed. The survey data for the local people to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of this disease.
