在当前的反思中,人们对近几年来我国企业界建设企业文化的“热流”,产生了不同的看法,使得企业文化问题在一定程度上成为涉嫌资产阶级自由化的敏感问题,许多研究它的同志一时处于举步不前、犹豫观望的境地,有的积极致力于本企业企业文化建设实践的单位也进退两难,不知所以。笔者认为,我国企业认识企业文化并自觉地建设企业文化的时间还不长,还处于起步阶段,产生种种不同的看法是正常的。但是我们一定要防止绝对化、简单化的做法,一会儿把它说得尽善尽美,一会儿又把它一棍子打死。这里谈谈我对几个问题的思考。
