北京市10个医院于1984年2～3月,用法国赛诺菲公司的βHCG测早孕免疫试剂测试421例,其中335例为闭经40天以内并有肯定结果者,与随访结果相符者314例,符合率为93.73%。最早的阳性反应出现在月经周期第29天,尿βHCG试验阳性的最低血HCG值为105 mIU/ml。本试验还可作为宫外孕、葡萄胎、流产等疾病的早期辅助诊断。本文还对本试验结果与HCG尿妊娠试验进行比较,对假阳性,假阴性反应的原因进行讨论。
