1998年的“桑兰事件”得到了世界性的广泛关注。当时桑兰成为了第一位因为运动伤残而在美国获得最高1000万美金赔偿的中国运动员。在我们为桑兰未来松一口气的同时也陷入了深深的思考。美国最为作为世界上体育保险开展最好的国家,通过这次事件给我们上了很有价值的一课。美国的保险制度在这一次向国人展现出了它快捷性,普及性,全面保障性的发达程度。本章节对于美国高校体育保险发展的研究,通过对比我国存在很大空白的高校保险制度,总结出我国与其的差距,希望可以借鉴美国的先进保险理念为我国未来高校体育保险的发展提供帮助。
The “Sang Lan Incident” in 1998 received widespread worldwide attention. Sang Lan was the first Chinese athlete to receive up to $ 10 million in compensation in the United States for sports disability. Sang Lan in the future when we relax, but also caught in a deep thought. The United States, as the best country to carry out sports insurance in the world, has given us a very valuable lesson through this incident. In the meantime, the U.S. insurance system showed its people the speedy, universal and comprehensive protection of developed countries. This chapter studies the development of sports insurance in colleges and universities in the United States. By comparing the existence of a large gap in the university insurance system in our country, this paper summarizes the gap between China and the other. I hope we can draw lessons from America ’s advanced insurance concept to help the development of college sports insurance in the future.
