猪胸腺素F_5(简称F_5 )已应用于临床,初步看来对治疗某些免疫障碍病有一定疗效,且副反应甚低,然而由于其中1/3为大分子量成分,它对人体影响如何,值得探讨。为此,我们曾以马血清豚鼠经典过敏实验为对照。以F_5(大分子-1/3的分子量为60000左右),F_5(小分子-分子量10000以下)及胸腺肽(低于10000的小分子)等对豚鼠进行实验性观察,同时又检查了60例经F_5治疗一月至半年以上的患者血清体外对肥大细胞的脱粒试验。实验材料与方法一、豚鼠实验性过敏反应,取成年健康雄性豚鼠18只,分为四组,每组3-5只,分别于腹腔内注入:①1:10马血清0.2毫升,5只,②F_50.2毫克;5只;③F_5小分子0.2毫克;
