随着我国经济的发展,人力资源档案管理的发展愈加迅速,开始向科学化、信息化的管理方向迈进。国家根据我国档案管理的发展制定了《中华人民共和国档案法》、《档案管理违法违纪行为处分规定》和近几年颁布的《全国档案信息化建设实施纲要》等多种法规。文章结合我国人力资源档案管理和相关法律法规存在的问题,阐述了医院解决人力资源档案管理和相关法规存在问题的对策。
With the economic development of our country, the development of manpower resource file management has become more and more rapid, and it has started to move towards scientific and informative management. According to the development of archives management in our country, the “Archives Law of the People’s Republic of China” and the “Provisions on the Discipline of Violating the Law on Archives Management” were promulgated and various laws and regulations such as the “Implementation Outline of National Archives Information Construction” promulgated in recent years. Combining with the existing problems of human resource file management and related laws and regulations in our country, the article elaborates the countermeasures to solve the existing problems of human resource file management and related laws and regulations in hospitals.
