千百年来,我们一直推崇“师道尊严”,倡导一种“一日为师,终生为父”的慈父严师式的教育。在这种教育模式中,“师”被披上神圣的光环,成为真理的化身,具有绝对的权威。于是乎戒尺飞舞,体罚盛行,禁锢了学生的思想,扭曲了学生的心灵,流弊无穷。随着时代的变迁,我们的教育思想也发生了巨大的变化。时至今日,更是大力提倡素质教育,号召以学生为本,关注学生的个性发展,突出学生在教育中的主体地位。然而,在这大好形势之中,却有一些不和谐的因素在潜滋暗长,似乎要把中国的教育
For thousands of years, we have been advocating “dignity and respect for teachers and teachers” and advocating a kind father-in-law education of “one day as a teacher and one life as a father.” In this mode of education, the “division” is put on a holy aura and becomes the embodiment of truth. It has absolute authority. As a result, the banishment of the banishment of discipline, the prevalence of corporal punishment, the imprisonment of students’ thoughts, and the distortion of the students’ hearts have caused endless abuses. With the changes of the times, our educational ideas have also undergone tremendous changes. Today, it is strongly advocated quality education, call for student-oriented, pay attention to the students’ personality development, and highlight the students’ main position in education. However, in this wonderful situation, there are some dissonant factors that are looming in the dark and seem to take education in China.
