二轮修志实践,总体呈现成就记得足,失误写得少,甚至刻意避免的现象。对失误教训的记述应保持一定敏感,但从地方志功能发挥和记述方法的角度,失误教训理应入志,同时也完全可以处理得妥帖。本文对二轮修志时段存在的主要失误教训进行了大致梳理,提出了要在事物的发展起伏中记述,在记述失误的过程中揭示失误本质、体现发展规律两条记述原则。 Second round of Chi Chi practice, the overall achievement of success enough remember, write fewer mistakes, and even deliberately avoided the phenomenon. However, from the perspective of local magazines’ function and method of accountability, errors and mistakes should be made into the book as well as properly handled. This paper reviews the main mistakes and lessons learned during the second round of revisionism, and puts forward that it should be described in the development ups and downs of things, reveal the essence of mistakes and reflect the principle of development in the process of making mistakes.
