目的观察表面处理方法对Ceramage聚合瓷修复体与牙釉质黏结强度的影响。方法对照、喷砂、酸蚀/硅烷、喷砂+酸蚀/硅烷4个水平组合下样本黏结牢固后,置于水中,并切割成约1mm×1mm的界面,行微拉伸结合强度测试。结果使用不同表面处理方法,黏结强度存在明显差异(P<0.01)。扫描电镜提示喷砂和酸蚀处理后,既有酸蚀小孔,又有喷砂凹坑,显示出更加粗糙的结构。结论对Ceramage聚合瓷修复体采用不同表面处理方法,会影响修复体与牙釉质间的黏结强度。
Objective To observe the effect of surface treatment on the bond strength of Ceramage polymeric porcelain restoration to enamel. Methods The samples were bonded under sand, acid etching / silane, sandblasting + acid etching / silane. The samples were placed in water and cut into about 1mm × 1mm interface. The microtensile bond strength was tested. Results Using different surface treatment methods, there was a significant difference in the bond strength (P <0.01). Scanning electron microscopy prompted sandblasting and acid etching treatment, both the acid etching holes, but also sandblasting pit, showing a more rough structure. Conclusion Ceramage polymeric cemented prosthesis with different surface treatment methods, will affect the prosthesis and enamel bond strength.
