本文以模糊数学理论为基础,探讨其在茶业科学上的应用,目的在于使实际工作中某些模糊性的事物得到数量化的描述。全文列举模糊数学在茶业科学上五个方面的应用实例。应用模糊隶属函数,评价了不同种植方式,密度以及施肥水平对茶树群体生长状况的不同影响的优劣次序,在茶树品种比较方面,利用模糊贴近度判别新选品种的生化成份和原有品种之间的近似程度。应用模糊相似优先比,研究了茶树品种的引种区域及其优劣程度。利用模糊聚类方法对18个品种的形态分类作了初步的分析。此外还研究了模糊综合评判在茶叶审评上的应用。
