现今，内镜技术已成为我国一些医院妇科疾病诊断和治疗的重要手段；还有更多的医院处于起步或准备阶段。及时总结已取得的经验，指导此项技术顺利发展，是十分重要的。为此，中华妇产科杂志编委会于１９９６年组织召开了全国妇产科内镜应用学术研讨会，并特约与会专家起草了妇科腹腔镜和宫腔镜操作规范。之后，编委会又邀请了一些专家对两项规范的初稿进行了充分讨论及反复修改。他们是：曹泽毅、郎景和、张惜阴、石一复、夏恩兰、黎培毅、顾美皎、靳家玉、魏丽惠、刘运明、林俊，以及本刊副总编田翠华、编辑部副编审李力。两项规范分别由石一复、林俊和夏恩兰执笔。现将妇科内镜操作规范（草案）提供给读者，希望提出修改意见，使之日臻完善并得以确认。
Nowadays, endoscopic technology has become an important method for the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases in some hospitals in China. There are still more hospitals in the starting or preparation stage. It is very important to sum up the experience gained in time and guide the smooth development of this technology. To this end, the editorial board of the Chinese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology organized a national symposium on obstetrics and gynecology endoscopy in 1996, and specially invited experts drafted gynecological laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures. Afterwards, the editorial board invited some experts to fully discuss and revisit the first draft of the two specifications. They are: Cao Zeyi, Lang Jinghe, Zhang Xiyin, Shi Yifu, Xie Lan, Li Peiyi, Gu Meixuan, Yan Jiayu, Wei Lihui, Liu Yunming, Lin Jun, and deputy editor-in-chief Tian Cuihua and editor of the editorial department Li Li. The two specifications were written by Shi Yifu, Lin Jun and Xia Enlan. The gynecological endoscopic procedure specification (draft) is now available to readers and it is hoped that amendments will be made to make it perfect and confirmed.
