对苎麻根际土壤浸提液进行了检测分析,以对苎麻根系分泌物的组成进行初步探索。以乙酸乙酯和正己烷为浸提剂浸提“湘苎3号”、“多倍体1号”、“中苎1号”、“湘苎7号”和“R057”根际土壤,浸提液通过过滤、浓缩,用气相色谱—质谱联用仪(GC-MS)进行了组分分析。“湘苎3号”、“多倍体1号”、“中苎1号”、“湘苎7号”和“R057”根际土壤乙酸乙酯浸提液中物质相对含量分别为4.77%、3.94%、3.48%、3.86%和4.19%,正己烷浸提液中物质相对含量分别为6.93%、5.58%、5.54%、7.11%和6.29%。苎麻根际土壤乙酸乙酯和正己烷浸提液中分别检测并鉴定了20、12种物质,主要包括烷烃类、酯类、酸类等,含量相对较高的有棕榈酸、油酸酰胺、2-甲基二十烷、正二十七烷等。其中棕榈酸是典型的化感物质,其对苎麻生长产生的影响及作用机制有待进一步研究。
The ramie rhizosphere soil extract was tested to analyze the composition of ramie root exudates preliminary exploration. With ethyl acetate and n-hexane as leaching agent leaching “Xiangzhu 3 ”, “Polyploid 1 ”, “Zhongzhu 1”, “Xiangzhu 7 ” and “R057 ” rhizosphere soil. The extract was filtered and concentrated. The relative contents of n-hexane extract were 6.93%, 5.58%, 5.54%, 7.11% and 6.29%, respectively. In ramie rhizosphere soil, 20,12 kinds of substances were detected and identified in the extracts of ethyl acetate and n-hexane respectively, including alkanes, esters and acids. Palmitic acid, oleic acid amide, 2-methyl eicosane, n-heptaacontane and the like. Among them, palmitic acid is a typical allelochemical and its effect on ramie growth and its mechanism need to be further studied.
