目的:研究γ-氨基丁酸受体γ_1亚基在大鼠前庭终器的表达。方法:运用RT-PCR技术检测大鼠前庭终器编码GABA_A受体亚基的基因表达。以大鼠脑组织RNA为阳性对照。结果:扩增出标志GABA_A受体基因表达的PCR产物。结论:GABA受体γ_1亚基在大鼠前庭终器有表达,为证明GABA是前庭系统重要神经递质之一提供了支持。
Objective: To study the expression of γ-aminobutyric acid receptor γ_1 subunit in the vestibular terminal of rats. Methods: RT-PCR was used to detect the gene expression of GABA_A receptor subunit in the vestibular terminal of rats. Rat brain tissue RNA as a positive control. Results: The PCR product that marked the GABA_A receptor gene expression was amplified. CONCLUSION: GABA receptor γ_1 subunit is expressed in the vestibular terminal of rats, which supports GABA as one of the important neurotransmitter in the vestibular system.
