目的观察金钱草颗粒联合加替沙星治疗尿路感染的临床疗效。方法选取2015年7月—2016年6月平顶山市第一人民医院收治的尿路感染患者106例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各53例。对照组患者口服加替沙星片,0.4 g/次,1次/d。治疗组在对照组的基础上口服金钱草颗粒,10 g/次,3次/d。两组患者均连续治疗2周。治疗后,观察两组患者临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后两组患者尿细菌培养转阴率、退热时间、症状消失时间、尿检白细胞转阴时间以及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为83.02%、96.23%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组和治疗组的尿细菌培养转阴率分别为79.25%、94.34%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组平均退热时间、症状平均消失时间和尿检白细胞转阴时间均明显短于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义。结论金钱草颗粒联合加替沙星治疗尿路感染疗效显著,细菌清除较好,不良反应较少,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the combination of Qiancao granule and gatifloxacin in the treatment of urinary tract infection. Methods 106 patients with urinary tract infection admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Pingdingshan City from July 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 53 cases in each group. Control group patients gatifloxacin tablets, 0.4 g / time, 1 time / d. The treatment group on the basis of the control group, oral administration of money grass particles, 10 g / times, 3 times / d. Two groups of patients were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the total effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 83.02% and 96.23%, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). After treatment, the negative rates of urine culture in control group and treatment group were 79.25% and 94.34%, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). After treatment, the treatment group, the average antipyretic time, the average disappearance of symptoms and urinary leukocytopenia were significantly shorter than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). No significant difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion The combination of Lysimachia granule and gatifloxacin is effective in the treatment of urinary tract infection. The bacterial clearance is good and the adverse reaction is less. It has certain clinical application value.
