观察20例新生一周豚鼠腹腔给予胆红素100μg/g(T1组)、200ug/g(T2组)造胆红素脑病模型前、4hr后(Ta组)、8hr后(Tb组)闪光视觉诱发电位(F-VEP),及其与胆红素神经毒性参数相关性。结果显示:不同模型组F-VEP变化表现有显著差异,胆红素脑病模型豚鼠F-VEP变化与血清胆红素,脑组织胆红素无显著相关(P>0.05),与脑组织能量代谢水平相关有显著性(P<0.05),与神经病理及神经行为变化相关有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。表明:F-VEP可灵敏地反映胆红素脑病模型豚鼠中枢神经功能状态的变化,检测胆红素神经毒性较可靠。
The bilirubin 100 μg / g (T1 group), 200 μg / g (T2 group) bilirubin encephalopathy model were observed intraperitoneally in 20 neonatal guinea pigs in one week, 4 hours later (Ta group) and 8 hours later (Tb group) Potential (F-VEP), and its correlation with bilirubin neurotoxicity parameters. The results showed that the changes of F-VEP in different model groups were significantly different. The change of F-VEP in bilirubin encephalopathy model was not significantly correlated with serum bilirubin and brain tissue bilirubin (P> 0.05) There was a significant correlation between energy metabolism level (P <0.05) and neuropathological and neurobehavioral changes (P <0.01). The results showed that F-VEP could sensitively reflect the functional status of central nervous system in guinea pigs with bilirubin encephalopathy, and the neurotoxicity of bilirubin was more reliable.
