本期我们重头推出的2005年日本本田公司摩托车业绩报告,是一次“别有用心”的计划,旨在让我国摩托车行业企业在埋头拉车的时候,多抬头看看路,瞧瞧同路人怎样走,已经离我们多远了,一句话,使大家多点国际眼光。首先要说明的是,此国际眼光不等于彼国际眼光。2005年,我国摩托车在国际市场上再掀波澜,出口量与出口额均呈强劲上升势头,单一地看,我国摩托车行业市场国际化程度已大大提高,已经很有国际眼光了。但我们更应认识到,这种国际眼光太过于宏观,多着眼于行业这个点上,在企业这个微观环节着眼不多,尤其是与国际摩托大佬企业比较不多,这样很容易使我国摩企对自己取得的丁点成绩沾沾自喜,甚至忘乎所以。因此我们提出,摩企要多点国际眼光,要专门寻求国际摩托大佬如本由公司类作为参照物,多看到些自己的不足之处,这样可告诫自己永远不要满足于已经取得的成绩,发奋图强,知耻而进,赢得最终的超越。长期以来,国内摩托车行业竞争激烈,行业企业个个身经百战,成功者个个锻成百战不败身。中国摩托企业不简单,生于竞争、长于竞争、成于竞争这个事实,形成一道有别于国内各行各业的特殊风景
