WNT信号传导途径作为传递生长刺激信号的通路,对于动物的胚胎发育和形态学发生至关重要,但在成年动物中则会导致肿瘤的发生和生长。近来研究显示WNT途径在造血干细胞(HSC)的自我更新中发挥重要作用,并参与一些血液系统恶性疾病如白血病的发病。
WNT signaling pathway, as a pathway to transmit growth stimulating signals, is crucial for embryonic development and morphogenesis in animals, but in adult animals it leads to tumorigenesis and growth. Recent studies have shown that the WNT pathway plays an important role in the self-renewal of hematopoietic stem cells (HSC) and is involved in the pathogenesis of some hematologic malignancies such as leukemia.
