用原子吸收分光光度法及等离子发射光谱法对蜈蚣及益肾液中人体必需微量元素进行了含量测定．结果表明，蜈蚣粉含Se、Zn、Fe、Ni、Mo、Sr、Si较高；益肾液含Mn、Se、Cu、Fe、Ni、Mo较高。
Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry and Plasma Emission Spectrometry were used to determine the essential human trace elements in Radix Paeoniae Alba and Yishen Liquid. The results showed that the content of Se, Zn, Fe, Ni, Mo, Sr and Si in loquat powder was higher, and that of Yishen liquid was higher in Mn, Se, Cu, Fe, Ni and Mo.
