随着“互联网+”时代的到来,互联网理念及技术显著影响着高校财务管理系统,传统的报销模式产生的“排长队”、“报账难”的问题成为制约当前高校财务管理工作发展的瓶颈。如何改革和创新高校财务报销模式,提升财务服务水平,成为高等学校迫切改革探索的新课题。本文简要介绍网上报销的定义及其流程,分析网上报销应用中存在的问题,提出了优化网上报销应用的建议及设想。
With the advent of “Internet + ” era, the Internet concept and technology have a significant impact on the financial management system of colleges and universities. The problem of traditional “relying on long queues” The bottleneck of the development of financial management. How to reform and innovate the financial reimbursement mode of colleges and universities and improve the level of financial services has become a new topic for the urgent reform in colleges and universities. This article briefly introduces the definition and process of online reimbursement, analyzes the existing problems in reimbursement of online reimbursement, and puts forward some suggestions and assumptions to optimize the application of online reimbursement.
