目的采用HPLC法测定石榴健胃胶囊中胡椒碱的含量。方法采用Waters C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液(70∶30),检测波长343 nm,柱温35℃,流速1.0 mL.min-1。结果胡椒碱进样量0.865～3.459μg(r=0.9996)与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.47%(n=6)。结论所建方法简便、快速、准确,可用于制剂的质量控制。
Objective To determine the content of piperine in Pomegranate Stomach Capsule by HPLC. Methods Waters C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid solution (70:30). The detection wavelength was 343 nm. The column temperature was 35 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1. Results The piperine injection volume was 0.865 ~ 3.459μg (r = 0.9996) and the peak area showed a good linear relationship with an average recovery of 99.47% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
