带状疱疹在皮肤科临床上是一种疗效较好的常见性疾病。但该疾病出现在癌症患者中,则提示预后较差,治疗效果亦不甚满意,现将我们收治的5例患者报告如下。例1,男,60岁。因胃癌术后三个月复发伴腹腔内转移入院。临床分期为Ⅳ,患者入院后给予COMF方案姑息性化疗。一个月后患者病情恶化,全身情况衰竭。右胸壁及右侧背部出现带状疱疹。经用中药、板兰根注射液、干扰素、转移因子、丙种球蛋白及局部用龙胆紫外涂。效 Herpes zoster is a common disease with good clinical effect in dermatology.
