目的:明确杜仲皮中的多糖的提取方法和含量,为杜仲的进一步开发利用提供科学依据。方法:用均匀设计U6(64)表安排杜仲多糖的多因素多水平提取实验,确定杜仲多糖提取的数学模型,得出杜仲多糖率与各因素之间的回归关系,并推算最佳工艺条件。结果:杜仲多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为:杜仲皮粉末质量(g)与加入的水体积(mL)的配比(固液比)=1∶5,温度100℃,提取时间7 h,多糖的最大得率为8.231%。结论:用U6(64)法得到的模型方程,可在设立的因素水平范围内给出杜仲多糖得率极大值,进而探讨各因素对杜仲多糖得率的影响机制。
Objective: To clarify the extraction method and content of polysaccharides in Eucommia bark, to provide a scientific basis for the further development and utilization of Eucommia bark. Methods: The multi-level and multi-level extraction experiments of polysaccharides of Eucommia ulmoides were designed by U6 (64) uniform table. The mathematic model of polysaccharides extraction of Eucommia ulmoides was determined. The regression relationship between the polysaccharide rates of Eucommia ulmoides and various factors was obtained and the optimum technological conditions were calculated. Results: The optimal extraction conditions for polysaccharides of Eucommia ulmoides were as follows: the ratio of the mass of eucommia bark (g) to the volume of water added (solid to liquid ratio) = 1: 5, the temperature of 100 ℃, the extraction time of 7 h, The maximum yield is 8.231%. Conclusion: Using the model equation obtained by U6 (64) method, the maximum yield of polysaccharides of Eucommia ulmoides is given within the range of the established factors, and then the mechanism of the effect of each factor on polysaccharides yield of Eucommia ulmoides is discussed.
