本文介绍了含铌钽混合氧化物23%的含铌钽锡石处理流程的试验研究结果.试验室进行了三种不同方法的研究.这三种方法是:锡石直接熔炼成锡金属及含铌钽溶渣,还原焙烧酸浸和碱熔浸出分离锡和铌钽,然后回收氧化锡,最后碳热还原锡金属.据观察,碱熔-浸出-氧化锡熔炼最具吸引力,可得到高纯度锡金属,并能回收铌钽混合氧化物.
This paper presents the results of a pilot study on the processing of niobium-containing tantalum-cassiterite with a 23% niobium-tantalum mixed oxide. Three different methods were studied in the laboratory: direct melting of cassiterite to tin metal and Niobium-tantalum slag, reduction roasting acid leaching and alkali-leaching to separate tin and niobium tantalum, then recovering tin oxide, and finally carbon-reducing tin metal. It has been observed that alkali fusion-leaching-tin oxide melting is the most attractive and achievable high Purity tin metal, and can be recycled niobium tantalum mixed oxide.
