文秘、内勤人员的工作琐碎庞杂,而且工作内容经常涉及到物资、工资、保险等与保安员切身利益相关的工作,可谓责任重大。如何做到统筹兼顾、有条不紊,在纷繁的工作中游刃有余,圆满完成领导交办的各项工作任务,笔者结合同事和个人一些日常工作经验,归纳了几个简单有效的办法。一、分类处理法。将工作内容分为两个部分,一种是不需要经过过多思考的一般事务性工作,诸如按时需要报送有关部门的各类报表、考勤审理、打字、发放物品等;一种是需要静下心来思考的工作,包括拟写各类公文、写通讯稿等。
