阻断冠脉血流数分内,心肌细胞跨膜电位即发生明显变化,表现为静息电位降低、动作电位振幅减小、数期最大上升速度减慢、平台期缩短甚至消失和动作电位时程缩短等,这是引起传导障碍和不应期离散,进而导致折返性心律失常的直接原因。目前认为,上述变化主要是由于缺氧引起的代谢障碍和失去血流“冲洗作用”(wash—out)
