广东省新会县邮电局三江支局共有职工22人,担负着全镇19个管区,4.7万人口的邮电通信服务工作。他们以“改革、开拓、求实、创新”的精神,抓好基础工作。经过几年的努力,管理水平和服务质量逐步提高,经济效益不断增长,先后获省、市、县邮电系统先进集体和精神文明单位称号。在支局的管理方面,他们总结出下面一些经验。一、要发挥核心作用,实行民主管理邮电业务的发展,通信能力的增强,都为支局管理工作带来了新的课题。为了适应形势的需要,支局在营业、乡邮、话务等工种中,民主选举组长,形成由局长、工会小组长、工种组长组成的核心。各项工作计划,都由

In the management of the branch, they summed up the following experience. First, it is necessary to play a central role in implementing the development of postal and telecommunications services under the democratic management and the enhancement of communication capabilities, all of which have brought new tasks to the management of the branch office. In order to meet the needs of the situation, the branch office democratically elected the leaders of the branches, township post offices and telephone exchanges to form the core comprised of the director, the trade union leader and the head of the labor force. The work plan, by
