在企业经营活动中,发生质量异议,对于供需双方来说都是一件颇不愉快的事。对供方而言,企业的信誉面临挑战,经济效益将受到直接影响;对需方而言,企业经营生产受到突然的障碍而不能正常进行,企业的经济效益也同样受到影响。 质量异议的成因 引发质量异议的原因可分为两类:一类是属于差错性的,因供方企业在管理和技术方面发生了差错,使产品未达到验收标准或合同所规定的质量要求;或虽然供方产品符合验收标准和合同规定,但需方企业在验收中发生管理或技术差错,需方向供方提出质量异议。另一类导致质量异议的原因是供需
