为了保障长管拖车的安全运行,针对长管拖车在定期检测中气瓶表面不同部位出现的裂纹形态以及东营地区长管拖车气瓶内部出现的腐蚀现象进行了研究,认为:(1)瓶体不同部位裂纹形成的主要控制因素各不相同,筒体裂纹其主要与瓶体材料中的杂质及热处理相关;瓶肩与瓶颈的过渡部位的裂纹主要与挤压应力相关;管路表面裂纹的形成主要与应力作用相关;(2)东营地区气瓶内部腐蚀的主要原因是H_2S介质超标,主要包括两种类型的腐蚀模式:H_2S+H_2O腐蚀模式;CO_2+H_2O腐蚀模式。
