针对外海风高、浪大的建设条件,跨海桥梁大型基础采用“工厂预制、现场安装”的施工工艺,有效减少了海上作业时间,同时提高了施工工效。文中以港珠澳大桥非通航孔桥装配式基础为例,主要从预制墩台整体安装以及桩与承台连接部位的关键施工技术对基础装配化施工进行了详细的阐述,为今后国内类似桥梁工程设计与施工提供了有益的参考。
In view of the construction conditions of high winds and big waves in the open sea, the construction technology of “factory prefabrication and on-site installation” is adopted for large-scale bridges across the sea, which effectively reduces the offshore work time and improves the construction efficiency. Taking the foundation of non-viable bridge of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge as an example, the paper mainly elaborates the basic assembly construction from the prefabricated piers and the key construction technology of the connecting parts of pile and cap, Engineering design and construction provide a useful reference.
