锻模的手工设计方法难以进行锻模参数的优化设计,造成了过多的废料和力能消耗。本文根据金属塑性成形理论提出了基于计算机模拟的锻模优化设计技术,并进行了具体锻模的优化设计.该技术克服了手工设计的缺点,已成功地用于实际生产。
Manual design of forging dies is difficult to optimize forging parameters, resulting in excessive waste and energy consumption. Based on the theory of metal plastic forming, this paper presents the optimization design technology of forging die based on computer simulation and the optimization design of specific forging die. The technology overcomes the shortcomings of manual design and has been successfully used in actual production.
