城市地下工程排水越来越受到国家重视,如何对城市洪涝区域进行潜力评估与规划,探索建筑信息模型(BIM)在地下工程排水中的应用设计是目前工程界所关注的热点.将定量和定性相结合,提出了基于改进模糊层次分析法的海绵城市建设重点评估体系,从河道、湖泊、滨水低洼地区、建筑与小区、绿地与广场、城市道路及其周围区域等4个地区科学地筛选出地下工程排水建设的重点项目,与调研结果相检验.并对该区域进行细致的地下工程排水优化设计研究.研究结果发现,城市道路与周围区域的建设是海绵城市地下工程排水设计的重点,在设计上创新地引入BIM,更加直观地展现地下工程排水内部设计结构,对比BIM技术与传统的设计方案,BIM技术在城市地下排水中应用价值更大,前景更加广阔.

It scientifically screened from 4 areas including rivers, lakes, low water areas, buildings and residential areas, green areas and squares, urban roads and their surrounding areas The key project of drainage construction of underground engineering was verified with the result of investigation and the optimized design of underground engineering drainage was carried out in this area.The study found that the construction of urban roads and the surrounding area is the key point of drainage design of sponge city underground engineering, Innovatively introducing BIM into the design to visualize the interior design structure of underground engineering drainage more intuitively. Compared with BIM technology and traditional design scheme, BIM technology has greater application value and broader prospects in urban underground drainage.
