在自治区党委领导的高度重视和大力支持下,新疆针对少数民族地区的流浪人员特点．坚持从实际出出发,注意发现新情况、新问题、尤其重视研究解决突出问题的办法,完善政府措施,不断加强救助机构体系建设,深化内部管理以及部门间的密切配合,积极做好救助管理工作。其中,流浪未成年人救助保护工作成绩斐然,产生了良好的社会效果。
With the great attention and strong support from the leaders of the party committees in the autonomous regions, Xinjiang aims at the characteristics of vagabonds in ethnic minority areas. Insist on starting from reality, pay attention to discovering new situations and new problems, pay special attention to studying and solving outstanding problems, improving government measures, continuously strengthening the construction of aid agencies and systems, deepening internal management and closely cooperating with other departments, and actively doing rescue and management work .
