针对甜高粱收割的技术难点,提出了一种甜高粱收割机的设计方案,重点研究了割台的可伸缩茎穗兼收装置、上下输送装置、液压升降装置等关键部件的工作原理。通过试验,研究了甜高粱果穗和茎秆联合收获技术,自主创新研制的强制拨禾喂入、多组刀片分层扶持切割的收获割台,实现了果穗和茎秆的分层切断,分段长度无级可调,适应多品种、不同高度的甜高粱果穗的收获和茎秆的切割与铺放,解决了甜高粱脱粒及清选技术难题,为高秆植株作物茎穗联合收获技术的研究提供了参考依据。
